Bologna to Montone, Umbria – Day 8

So much pasta! After a full morning of cooking with Chef Federica – we dined on four courses of delicious pasta:

Tortelloni
Tortellini
Farfelle
Tagliatelle

(See photos above). Each course had a different sauce from butter and sage to tomato, broth, and bolognese (meat Ragu). In the afternoon we departed for Umbria, where we explored a beautiful medieval town. It was a lovely and tasteful day.
